Supervision for Licensure
For therapists seeking to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in either Illinois or Missouri, I am an approved supervisor for both states that can offer guidance and support for your personal and professional growth. For many of us in the field, taking the steps to become licensed is a necessary process and one that can be educational and rewarding. It is a commitment in time and energy that requires collaboration in the truest sense of the word. Depending on your state, the requirements for licensure include the following:

ILLINOIS
Illinois LCSW candidates with a Master’s degree from CSWE-approved program must complete 3,000 hours of supervised clinical professional experience. This includes once/weekly meetings with a clinical supervisor during the entire period.
MISSOURI
Upon approval of employment verification, LCSW candidates must complete a minimum of 3,000 hours of supervised experience within 24-48 months meeting once/weekly with an approved clinical supervisor.

Clinical Consultation
Being a therapist is a unique and cherished role that provides us with an opportunity to foster meaningful and intentional relationships that exist in sacred spaces, set apart from the daily lives of our clients. While this is a noble and honored role, it is also challenging in a myriad of ways. With over 20 years of experience working with clients of all ages and in vastly different life circumstances, I seek to offer collaborative and connective guidance and mentorship for cases that present clinical challenges, assistance with special populations or groups, or any form of support and encouragement you should need to be the best version of yourself for your clients.
